Cyclathon Print
On Friday the 7th and Saturday the 8th of February, Bergvliet High School students participated in the annual cyclathon. Habitat For Humanity organized this 25 hour event. Our students assisted with selling the tickets as well as physically cycling.

Habitat For Humanity is a non-profit organization that assists with building homes for the homeless. Because of this event, they were able to raise 250 thousand rand. It makes Bergvliet High proud to have students who participate in such grand events.

“It was an incredible experience, working with new people and promoting good causes. I hope Bergvliet High School gets involved with many more community service events because the warm feeling you receive as a reward for your efforts is unforgettable. I can’t wait to do something like this again.”
