The United Africa Society recently visited the Cape Town Refugee Center. Subsequent to this, see the below e-mail from an intern at the Center:
Dear United Africa Society of Bergvliet High School,
I wanted to extend to you a warm and friendly "thank you"! I am so very glad we were able to host you and your students here at Cape Town Refugee Centre. It was great to get to know them and to share with them information about refugees and asylum seekers in South Africa and particularly Cape Town.
Your students were extremely polite and eager to learn. We are so blessed you have chosen to make your financial donation to our Centre, as well as to receive such beautiful bracelets and the boutique. They are truly beautiful and a wonderful reminder of your group and the kindheartedness of young adults.
