Bergvliet entered into the Cape Town Eisteddfod with our concert band, saxophone quartet and our senior jazz band. This is the first year that this concert band has entered the Eisteddfod and under the baton of Mr Bates received a Honours award! Well done also to our saxophone quartet who did a sterling job and brought home a diploma! The senior jazz band entered the Jazz Band category. Every entrant into that category was awarded and honours, excepting the BHS senior Jazz band that achieved a diploma, putting us top of that category! Well done to all the hard work put in by the teachers, students and parents. You have done Bergvliet proud!
